hike, bugs & creatures.
July 9, 2007
a few photos i took with my phone from the hike today. the tree was just cool, it’s at the begining of the trail.
ANTS! ANTS! ANTS! they were huge and were gone when i came back down. they just disappeared like little red ninjas. i saw a few more further up the trail, an did i mention they’re HUGE!
the snake was really cool it’s the second one i’ve seen. i was excited to see it since the trail is named after a rattlesnake, rattlesnake canyon trail. it disappreared into the brush on the side of the trail. anyone know what kind of snake that is? i’ll ask my animal wrangler friend, sammy.
